We open the exhibition with great joy and excitement on october 27th 4-6 p.m.

The exhibition is about what happens when we sit opposite each other. Face-to-face. We tell each other stories. About life - what we have experienced and what we believe about it. A life Annette Falk Lund has lived for 59 years with a lot of change, both personally and socially. Born and raised in the GDR. With stations such as Leipzig, Berlin and Copenhagen, she has now been Thybo for 15 years. First with the human drama as the focus and now with the enchanting spectacle of nature at 200 meters from the Limfjord's water's edge.
Annette Falk Lund's oil paintings and gouaches are fabulous. It starts with a few colorful brushstrokes, preferably without concrete thought, just in play and the joy of colour. She captures a detail that occurs along the way and begins a dialogue with the image. Layer by layer, she works her way through and shapes what needs to be shaped.
The face itself is a formidable indicator of moods. It is revealing and infectious. A smile. A grimace. And everything in between is worth a motif for the artist AFL. Drawing, painting, especially with gouache on a special limestone paper, she examines again and again how a face can be shaped.
The exhibition invites guests to dive into the Artmoney universe. For 25 years, Annette Falk Lund has painted the small original pictures in the format 18x12cm. A series of 25 faces representing characters of people that one or the other of us has met in real life has landed on a poster. Originals are on display in the Portnerboligen.
